At ASE, we have extensive experience in undertaking highly accurate fills of volumes ranging from 100µl to 2 litres. We are able to fill into a large variety of microtubes, vials, ampoules and bottles. Single use, individually sealed diluents or reagents of various volumes can be custom filled. We can fill with fluid and control the head space gas to custom requirements.

We also have a design service for specialised packaging, incorporating the product container with the outer packaging to meet customer kit requirements. This can include die-cut boxes, plastic shell or clam packaging. Customers can choose from our stock lines of packaging or we can custom build to your specifications. We aim to anticipate all needs with innovative design.

ASE has a dedicated print team. We design and produce the bulk of our labels in-house but have access to speciality press and digital printers when required. The in-house printers give us the flexibility of printing short runs with multiple ID changes.

Label application for bulk product is also available as a service. We have automated systems that can accommodate bottles and vials with diameters from 1cm to 12cm.
